My goal as your Wedding Planner or Day-Of Lead (coordinator) is to ensure that all the details and plans for your dream wedding production (and other wedding events) are executed in the spirit of excellence. I love and am passionate about weddings, therefore, I will strive to make your wedding experience a great one especially by keeping the bride stress free! Experiences are everything. 11th HOUR LEAD:
A bride & groom who have completed ALL of their planning and only need me to lead their rehearsal (up to 2 hours), ceremony and reception. I will create a wedding day run-of-show and collaborate with selected vendors. Typically starting two weeks beforehand.
DAY-OF LEAD:
When a bride & groom have completed their wedding day planning and vendor selections yet needs me as their professional lead to ensure that their big day production goes smoothly. I serve as the lead to the venue, vendors wedding party and guests to ensure a smooth and stress-free execution of your wedding day production. Generally, starting six weeks before the wedding date. Follow ups to vendors, wedding party communications, wedding day run-of-show, wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hrs.), day of lead (with an asst. if needed depending on the details of your wedding). Limited meetings with couple yet unlimited calls, emails, and texts. Although some venues offer a wedding rep., my service as the “lead vendor” is from the perspective of the couple to all vendors, the venue and the wedding party which delivers a refined detailed extensive thorough experience. PARTIAL PLANNING LEAD:
When a bride & groom who have managed most of the details and vendor selections themselves yet still need extra help to complete the details of their wedding day production. Essentially it is a production to execute the details of a client’s wedding day. I will manage those production details that have been confirmed, as well as, execute all other details that are still lingering such as: event design, complete vendor referrals/vetting selections, officiant selection, wedding day run-of-show. Ample meetings with unlimited calls/consultations, emails, and texts. Wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours) and full day lead (with an assistant depending on the details of your wedding). Curated wedding mood boards for vendor submission with your theme/vibe. Will also attend your final dress fitting. I work closely with décor stylists/designers guiding my clients to capture their envisioned dream concept whether chic minimalist to ultra-glamorous luxury. Although some venues offer a wedding rep., my refined service as the “lead vendor” is from the perspective of the couple to all vendors, the venue and the wedding party which delivers a detailed extensive thorough experience. FULL PLANNING LEAD:
When a bride & groom needs and wants help planning their big day from the very start of their engagement. Essentially it is a production to execute the details of a clients wedding day; I will manage those production details. I will handle all logistics including budget spreadsheet, venue vetting/selection/visits, décor/design preferences, guest list submission, officiant selection, wedding day run-of-show and all other vendor referrals/research/vetting selections. Of course, you make the final decision unless I have been authorized to approve selections. Unlimited meetings based on schedule, calls/consultations, emails and texts with vendors and couple. Wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours) and full day lead (with an assistant depending on the details of your wedding). Curated wedding mood boards for vendor submissions of your theme/vibe. Will also attend your final dress fitting. I work closely with décor stylists/designers guiding my clients to capture their envisioned dream concept whether chic minimalist to ultra-glamorous luxury. Although some venues offer a wedding rep., my refined service is from the perspective of the couple as their “lead vendor” to all other vendors, the venue and the wedding party which delivers a detailed extensive thorough experience. *WEDDING PUBLIC RELATIONS
You can opt to have your wedding journey submitted to various wedding media outlets (print magazines, online magazines, wedding social media sites etc.) to showcase your big day! Additional fee required after all wedding details have been finalized. I will also handle the logistics if you book celebrity entertainment for your wedding day.
BRIDAL SHOWER/BACHELORETTE PARTY, BACHELOR PARTY, ENGAGEMENT PARTY, DAY-AFTER-WEDDING BRUNCH ETC…
Upon request and an additional fee as the planner and/or lead of these events.
BONUS!
P.R.E.M.S. llc is insured. Experienced in handling marriage licenses in all six Metro Detroit Counties. I will correctly guide the bride/groom, witnesses and officiant on how to complete the marriage licenses on your wedding day to ensure accuracy on those legal documents. Will also make sure they are mailed (by church, officiant or me) to respective County expeditiously.
NOTEWORTHY:
Your wedding journey starting from the day you become engaged or set the date is your memorable and unique course to your wedding day, therefore, no wedding is the same which results in my pricing being catered to executing your dream day production coming true. Pricing is determined after consultation meeting and structured based on one of the above selected packages. My service will begin after my Agreement is signed and deposit paid. I look forward to working with you and don’t forget, I love weddings and now I am a certified Master Wedding & Event Planner. I have been planning events for over two decades and started with weddings over twelve years ago.
